Workout Timer Lite is an application that supports a weight training in an accurate rhythm. It is especially effective when running slow weight training. Let Workout Timer Lite count, you could focus on your muscle itself. This software doesn't features any funny function though, enjoy Workout Timer Lite to get stronger muscles. Workout Timer Lite is a trial varsion of Workout Timer. [Function] - The timer can be individually set in both shortening and lengthening muscles. - The number of sets, a number of times per set and interval length can be set. - The number of times in each set can be set separately. - Pause button - Counting sound - Announcement sound of final - Start with the last used settings - To select UI, swipe with 2 fingers [Setting Example] If you do a normal workout, you just set the timer as you want. To repeat aerobic and anaerobic exercise every 30 seconds, - number of times per set:5 - shortening:3 sec - stay:0 sec - lengthening:3 sec
